Question: Can I replace the materials ?
Answer: Generally, we are only supplying our quality approved product, But before purchasing you may ask for single unit purchase. However, if your purchase  is within our ware house distribution limit  you may use our replacement policy.
 
Question: Can I book our materials from our home location to other branch sector ?
Answer: Location change is  allowed by our various  located  company. For example  If your home location is Kandla, And your ship arrival plans have changed from Kandla to Chennai,  you are eligible to get materials from our chennai loation on same price. 

Question: Can I work as commision agent ?
Answer: As per our working policy,  you are eligible for maximum 2% as a trade discount. Companies may oblige correction of discount, subject to approval.
