Product Description

Corrosion Scale Inhibitor Phosphate Based is a multi-metal corrosion inhibitor designed for use in open loop cooling water systems. It provides effective protection for mild steel, copper, and yellow metals, while minimizing scale and deposit formation. The formulation combines proprietory polymers specially manufactured for superior film-forming and corrosion control under various water qualities.

Application

Corrosion Inhibitor OPEN Cooling System  scientifically formulated to keep clean open recirculating systems  and also prevent from scale formation . Chemically Corrosion Inhibitor OPEN Cooling System  will disperse scale and corrosive products, silt etc and can be used as an anti-foulant along with other treatments. 

Excellent scale inhibition for a variety of applications including cooling circuits, boilers and RO units.

It is widely used in Boilers, cooling water and membranes

Open Loop Cooling Towers 50 – 150 ppm in recirculating water
High-corrosion conditions Up to 200 ppm based on metallurgy and water quality
pH Control Range Operates best between pH 7.0 – 8.5
  • Dosing Method: Continuous injection via dosing pump into cooling water basin or line.
  • Monitoring: Maintain residual phosphate at 2–5 ppm and zinc at 0.5–1.5 ppm in system water

  • Compatible with: Sodium hypochlorite, non-oxidizing biocides, anti-scalants.
