ORG Boll Clean 2000

ORG Boll Clean 2000 is basically a heavy duty emulsifying liquid which removes all carbon deposits, oily residues, burnt grease and lacquers from oil purifiers, filters and separators. Effective cleaning is further obtained by soaking the area in which ORG Boll Clean is followed by blasting the area with compressed air using a cleaning gun. Dosage and the steps to be followed

For mesh cleaning, 1 part of ORG Boll Clean 2000 is added to 2.5 parts of water of equal amount. However the concentration and dosage depends upon the type of substance to be removed and RXSOL-16-1665-025 can function up to 60C temperature. When the concentration is below 1:30, rinsing is not required.

All filter chambers are back flushed, and then the entire filter assembly is soaked in a solution of RXSOL-16-1665-025. Soaking time depends on the cleaning, and the temperature of water (24 hours in cold water and 12 hours in hot). Post soaking the assembly is dried and high pressure wind is passed which further quickens the drying. The steps are repeated again.
