As you know HOLD BLOCK / Slip Barrier coat contains emulsified polymer. And HOLDWASH is a specialized product as a slip barrier coat remover product have anti polymer property, which is immediately breaking polymer BOND. So this product can be apply to clean HOLD BLOCK.
Otherwise if you have alkaline cleaner on board, can be apply for cleaning, This may take slight more time... Thanks
