Fuel Care effectively increase combustion efficiency?

Dosing rate varies as per bunker and engine / Boiler system structure....

RATIO : 1:1000 - 3000 ( 1 Ltr / 1-3 MT )  :  dosage rate based on specific problems and requirements can be exceed up to 1:1000, 1:6000 and  1:12000

Dose can be made with  metering pump, otherwise and additive may be dosed directly to the  bunker tanks.

Note:

ITS DOSING SHOULD BE DURING BUNKER load only.

The latest development of a fuel oil treatment acting as a combustion improver , carbo catalyst, ash deposits modifier and smoke suppressant for diesel engines and boilers.

Is Ethanol 70% more effective then 90%

70% percent of alcohol is ideal to a stronger solution. Pure alcohol coagulates protein in contact. If 70 percent of alcohol is poured to a single celled organism, the diluted alcohol also coagulates the protein, but at a slower rate, so that it penetrates all the way through the cell before coagulation can block it.

Is Ethanol Safe to Drink ?

Even though Ethanol is commonly used it is a dangerous chemical. Ethanol is consumed when drinking alcoholic beverages, BUT CONSUMING ETHANOL ALONE CAN CAUSE COMA AND DEATH. We only supply DENATURED ETHANOL which is not consumable as it is mixed with other ingriedients thus making it NON CONSUMABLE.

What chemical compound causes the bad smell of Ethanol?

Ethanol main source is molasses, sugar cane or any grain. Due to its base characteristic ETHANOL have a smell.

Denatonium benzoate, aldehydes, ketones or sulphur or is used to denature ethanol so that it is not treated as an alcoholic beverage with respect to taxation and sales restrictions. Smell indicates that ethanol has been denatured can't be used for any kinds of edible / drinking purpose. The common name for this chemical, denatonium, alludes to this application.

How to know type of alcohol by colour of flame and duration of combustion?

The major types of alcohol: ETHANOL, PROPANOL, IPA(ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL) AND METHANOL all have their own characteristic flame color which are observed during their combustion.

ETHANOL burns with a BLUE FLAME but METHANOL also burns with A PALE BLUE FLAME but THE MAJOR DIFFERENCE is that METHANOL'S FLAME IS INVISIBLE

ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL is YELLOW in color whereas PROPANOL is COLORLESS

The other main difference is in the TIME IN WHICH THE ALCOHOLS BURN FULLY

The LONGEST DURATION IN WHICH THE ALCOHOL BURNS IS IPA(ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL) followed by ETHANOL AND LASTLY METHANOL.

How to test purity of Ethanol?

Ethanol is an alcohol with which burns with a blue flame and without smoke. But the main question that arises in your mind is how to find out its purity chemically. So, here we are going to tell you the most easy and accurate steps which have also been performed by RX MARINE INTERNATIONAL in our labs:

 1) JONES REAGENT: Jones Reagent is a mixture of CHROMIUM TRIOXIDE and SULPHURIC ACID. (AVAILABLE IN HUGE STOCK WITH RXMARINE). THE OBSERVATION YOU SEE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

A greenish blue sheet kind structure is formed. A quick note that the product is a sheet kind of structure and not a precipitate. This was the POSITIVE SIGN. The NEGATIVE aspect would be seen when the alcohol doesn't contain a primary alcohol.

2)TRIIODOMETHANE TEST: Take a solution of IODINE AND SODIUM HYDROXIDE and put it in the alcohol solution. The OBSERVATIONS YOU SEE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

If the solution is of ethanol, a very pale coloured ppt will form but if the alcohol was other like propan-1-ol or propan-2-ol, no precipitate is formed but a urine coloured pale yellow SOLUTION is formed.

THERE ARE MANY MORE METHODS TO CHECK THE PURITY LIKE GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY ANDD INFRARED SPECTROSCOPY.
