RX JELLY Pickling Paste having multiple utility, Its multi directional uses have 8 products properties as follows:
1. Degreasing Action as METAL SURFACE CLEANER – Removes light mill oil and water based cutting fluid
2. RUST Cleaner as RUST REMOVER – Removes surface rust completely
3. Corrosion Inhibitor as RUST INHIBITOR – Provides years of indoor Rust Protection (more than 6 to 8 years).
4. RUST CONVERTER – Converts 100% Rust and provide Protective coating
5. Clean Surface for WELDING PREPARATION as a ANTI-SPATTER
6. Works as PRE-TREATMENT and CONVERSION COATING – Prepares the metal surface for Priming, Painting, Electro-static painting, Powder Coating etc. Also can be used with High Temperature Paint & Coatings(operating temperature up to 2000⁰F)
7. Resisit further oxidation and acts as a SEALER RX JELLY Pickling Paste coating seals by itself and stops further oxidation
8. RX JELLY Pickling Paste effectively acts as a DE-SCALER (MILL SCALE, HEAT SCALE)– One Step De-scaling/De-Rusting removes mill scale & rust, provide a conversion coating and Seal the coating.
